This Privacy Policy explains what information 8pilot ("we", "us") collects when you use our Instagram automation service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account details you provide when you sign up (name, email, password). Instagram data you authorize us to access via Instagram's official API — your connected account's profile info, comments and story replies on your posts, and messages sent through automations you configure. Contact details (email, phone number) that people share with you through 8pilot's automations, stored on your behalf as leads. Payment and billing details, processed by our payment provider (Razorpay) — we do not store your card details ourselves.
To operate the automations you configure (replying to comments, sending DMs, collecting leads). To show you analytics about your own account's activity. To provide customer support and send service-related communications. To process subscription payments.
We share data with Instagram/Meta only as required to operate the features you enable, with our payment processor (Razorpay) to process subscriptions, and with infrastructure providers who host our service. We do not sell your data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below.
